Additional Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this new image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing distinct areas of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.

More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
